Induction and Onboarding

Dear new colleagues,

Welcome to the Perutnina Ptuj Group! We are glad that you have joined our team and we look forward to working together. To make it easier for you to get started and to ensure that you become part of our organization as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have prepared a series of mandatory trainings and other related tasks as part of your onboarding process.

Our online classroom is designed to give you easy access to all the necessary information and skills you need to successfully integrate into our work environment. During this induction period, you will learn about key aspects of our company, such as our values, mission, work processes and safety standards.

Onboarding trainings are divided into the first day, the first week, first month, second month and thirth month.

Start your first day with courses that will introduce you to the company and workplace safety. In the first week, you will delve deeper into the specific tasks and responsibilities that await you, and gain insight into the culture and operation of our organization. In the first month, you will have the opportunity to participate in additional training that will help you develop the necessary skills and knowledge for your work.

We invite you to take your time and thoroughly process all the content we have prepared for you. All contents of the induction training are mandatory. Please read all instructions and complete all required tests. We believe that this information will be of great help to you in your work and will enable you to quickly integrate into our team. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact your tutor or supervisor who will be happy to help.
